With over 23 years experience in the property industry, I have extensive skills and knowledge in all aspects of Project Marketing. My expertise includes architectural design, floor plan detail, marketing elements and setting and implementing sales & marketing strategy to ensure successful launches.
I have personally been involved in the sales and marketing of a number of Sydney's most iconic projects some of which include Walsh Bay, Renzo Piano's Macquarie Apartments, Barangaroo, Harold Park, Icon Apartments, Encore Apartments and Newington Village to name a few. More recently I have joined Colliers International as a Director in the Residential Project Marketing team where I am responsible for securing projects, analysing architectural plans and writing and implementing the sales & marketing strategy in order to successfully launch projects to market. My role is to add value and provide advice to my developer clients that will significantly increase their revenue and elevate their brand in the market place.
I also work alongside my fellow Directors to manage and lead the NSW Residential team, overseeing the marketing and sales teams to ensure a high level of service is provided to our vendors and purchasers alike, and that they achieve success through their parnership with Colliers International.
